buildingaladder: cadyheron:suicideblonde: The nominees for Best Supporting Actresses in Comedy do a bit, thanks to Amy Poehler In this video here, from Newsweek’s Emmy Roundtable from last week (exactly 4 minutes in, after Amy fiercely refuses to allow any shit-talk about 30 Rock) Amy talked about how when she was a kid she loved watching all the nominees at the Emmys do bits.  She mentions one in particular, when Harvey Korman, Tim Conway and Chevy Chase were all nominated and when their names were read out they all proceeded to walk up on stage like they had won. She said she wished she could get all the ladies in her category to do a bit with her, and lo and behold she did.  (Though I think we can all agree that Vanessa Williams fails at LIFE.)  In my opinion, this is Amy winning last night, because this is some serious thumbing your nose at the BS that is awards shows. Could Vanessa Williams be more of a cunt.. sheesh.
